pretty, useful, fragile
i like that its low heat capacity means it does not absorb too much of the heat from the tea. however, glass strainer tends to clog, so better to use a fine mesh strainer.

I still use the cup but have to be careful since the infuser sticks up and it is hard to tell if you are over filling the cup. But it really elegant and beautiful to see your tea as it brews.

Delivered broken, twice.
The first time it got delivered, it came with the rim of the cup broken. We returned it and got a refund. We bought it again because we thought it was bad luck and it came broken the second time as well (infuser). Not worth the hassle.

Cute and durable but not the best
Durable. I thought I would have broken this glass but nope. The only downfall is the slits are a little wide and sometimes my loose tea seeps through the filter holes.

This is so perfect for tea making
This is so perfect for tea making. I just love it. And what I love about it is that is all glass. No meteal or plate which I hate. With this I will be drinking more tea. Thank you Amazon for selling this item.

Quite handy if you want to just do a single ...
Quite handy if you want to just do a single brew, I haven't had an issue with the glass infuser being fragile. I was even able to run it through the dish washer.

My new favorite cup for tea
I love that it keeps my tea warm for a long time! No more reheating for me. Tiny pieces of tea leaves might slip through the slits in the filter, so I use a different filter with the cup. The glass still feels somewhat delicate even though it is insulated, and the color and clarity of the tea can be viewed.
