Faulty charger fixed.
Very excited for my new impact set to arrive as ive heard raving reviews from friends. Initially not happy with this purchase. I was confident that I had a faulty charger that made this useless. When i put battery on charger, the green light stayed lit green indicating full charge but battery was dead. After speaking to my neighbor I put my battery on his charger for 5 minutes and everything worked. After that my charger recognized that the battery was low and began charging my battery like it should. Tried the same thing with my second battery and everything now works as it should. If it was not for my neighbor having a rigid charger and having a good idea to try his charger, I would have returned this product and not bought another rigid item.

Didn't work out of the box.
Couldn't charge the batteries, I believe the charger was defective so I returned the drill kit.

I own multiple Ridgid tools, only comment for Ridgid as a company is, don't waste our money on the little carrying bags every one I know throws them out.

equipos bastante compactos, los materiales se sientes de excelente calidad, lo que no quede muy contento fue con el rendimiento del taladro, espere que me sirviera para taladrar paredes pero no logra realizar una perforación en paredes; el destornillador de impacto si es excelente.
