Since 2013, my body has been going through a number of issues that have almost been inexplicable until now. I had been experiencing increasing fatigue that was impacting my entire day in a way that I was barely able to move sometimes, headaches, hormonal imbalance, blood pressure up and down, brain fog, memory loss, forgetfulness, irritability, very unhealthy mood swings, feeling down often, swelling/puffiness, water retention.... And the kicker, irregular cycles (I was told I'm peri-menopause... I'm not even close to 50) and unexplained weight gain no matter what I ate or how I exercised. I researched many many supplements before choosing this one, and I'm glad I took the chance because it has truly improved my life on so many levels. And the energy I have is not from a stimulant. It is simply from these vitamins & minerals that have been missing from my body and that my body has been craving on a daily basis. I take two a day, one in the morning and one with my lunch in the afternoon. I'm so grateful to have found these, and I thank God for giving me wisdom to see what my body needed. I will be a customer for as long as I can see right now! I've not felt this good in a long time. And I want to add that if you are experiencing any of the above, research your thyroid and hormonal imbalance. I ran across a quiz put out by a doctor who experienced the same symptoms, and in the results I was told what vitamins my body was lacking. It did not mention this supplement. this works. i was skeptical at first, but it definitely works. there's really high levels of methylated b12, which isn't timed release but for the amount you're absorbing at least some of it. my daughter was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, but not enough to ever really be medicated. I've struggled my whole life with my weight. I can eat the same foods as a slim person and i will stay fat. it makes you poop more, that is a little annoying. the brain fog disappears, the difficulty waking up goes away. I used to wake up to my alarm at 6:30 and it was a struggle. I am not pinging awake at 5: 30 and I feel rested and refreshed. I am able to focus better, and concentrate better. I haven't weighed myself yet, but clothes are fitting better. I lowered myself to 1 pill instead of the recommended 2 pills, and I'm still feeling good.

Quality item. My physician told me to take a thyroid supplement. I just guessed on this one and was surprised how much better I am feeling.

A friend recommended that I start taking this supplement. I am in my forties and am starting to feel the effects of all the fun things being in peri menopause brings. My blood work showed everything with in normal range but I still feel tired, brain fog and just generally run down. After starting this vitamin I feel like I have a little more energy and less headaches. I have already reordered another bottle and plan to keep this on my daily schedule.

This is now a subscription for me! I use it every morning and I absolutely notice if I happen to run out. It helps me so much, it's completely replaced my other thyroid medication at this point. So many great ingredients and my doctor okay-ed it throughout pregnancy and postpartum. I have been using Thyroid Support for 2 years. I haven't been diagnosed with thyroid issues, but wanted to give it a try for symptoms I was having & some of the ingredients also crossover for menopausal symptoms. I initially had some weight loss, but the best part was improved memory, energy, & mood. I am taking other supplements, so it could be a combo thing & some of them are single ingredients of what is in this supplement. My reason for only giving 3 stars though is because I will be switching to another thyroid support due to the massive price increase. Two years ago it was twenty, then last year it jumped up seven dollars, then it jumped up nine dollars from last month to now and has not gone back down. A sixteen dollar increase in two years is just too much, so I will have to switch.

Seems to work, I have to take them before bed instead of morning they make me sleepy but vitamins and meds do that to me I also had to cut back to one because of the over sleepy effects they have one me. I have noticed the brain fog is getting better that was my main reason for ordering

Almost finished with my second bottle of Herbal Thyroid Support Complex. My TSH and T4, Free labs are better than before I started taking the supplement. Still not out of the woods, but better. I was just prescribed a thyroid med that now have to take as well. I take both the supplement and the med. My next lab is in 2 months, will be interesting to see how much improvement since my February 2026 lab.
