Pump stopped working. After removing, pump shaft still turned, had power to terminals, but it appears the start capacitor failed (a $16 part and 4 hours of labor to take EVERYTHING apart, the control box, the heater unit, all the 2" pipe connectors, and the hot tub assembly team were sloppy with the expansion foam inside, they partially covered the hard to reach rear motor mount bolts with foam... I saw another review where a motor failed, too - be warned. It was a nice hot tub for the month it was working...

The media could not be loaded. Has 24 jets and on high very strong, has everything I wanted and more even comes with a good hot tub cover, I am retired and have a lot of time to research them about 15 hours in two weeks this hot tub delivered was $3999 and paid $285 to have some one move it to the backyard, All the dealers around me were $5000 to $6000 for the same thing as my tub,No big deal but the panels that you would remove are just screwed in to plastic and I are hard to get back in to the little two people it's a snap.You will not be disappointedThe tub , stairs , hand rail and chemicals were about $4500 plus $285 to move to my backyard

Very frustrated with this purchase. Was sold as "in house delivery" they said they would deliver it to my back yard. Then day of delivery the driver dumped it in my driveway and said that's as far as he goes. By the time I found help to get it to the back yard and went through the set up instructions/filled it with water, I discovered the manufacturer put a screw through one of the hoses when they screwed the side panels on it. Could hear it leaking air as the jets tried to operate. No return available, I have tried to return it and I'm not getting any response from the manufacturer when i reach out thru their support page. The face on the screen doesn't sit flush with the tub, it pops up and exposed wires under. The price of this lemon, I shouldn't be left holding the bag and will be seeking legal help to remedy this bad business of this very expensive crappy product.

Great value, easy set up, heated up with in 24-32 hours. It did come with a nice fitted cover.

This hot tub arrived defective: it started leaking from 3 places once it was filled with water. Tried to get it repaired through the manufacturer. Manufacturer sent a repair man to assess. Was told parts were needed and they would take two weeks to arrive. After almost four weeks of waiting and no response to my queries about the parts, I ended up returning the hot tub through Amazon. Defective product and poor communication by the manufacturer.

Home use

The media could not be loaded. Pump locked up after 6 months and they will not replace it under warranty. Manufacturer says I am not the first owner. Per Manufacturer I was the second one to have it even though I bought direct from this page and it was delivered new in a crate to my house.

Was delivered and didn't even have the right number of people to deliver it didn't come with all of the products and the cover so I am returning this product
