The robe i bought came without a tie. i can't return it because it was a gift to someone in another state. how do i acquire a tie? i would buy it!

I recieved this beautiful robe but no belt or sash. mine didn't have any thing to tie I would like to know why?

Would the satin robe fit a size 16 comfortably or would the curve and plus size satin robe be a better fit?
