So this is the same size thread on l the small side as the lindal or (lpg) thread, and the big side is the size on the small propain canisters?

The 3/8" end is for flare pipe fitting and the 1/4" end is male NPT.

Do you offer 1/2" flare-left hand thread x 1/4" male npt?

what is the pressure rating?

I do not know. I used in a propane gas line, which is not very high pressure.
