Amazed
Wow! I've been tinkering with Legos for 20+ years, and this has to be one of my favorite sets. I've never really been I interested in Technic before, so this was my first Technic set. While putting it together I was blown away with the detail, it even had a working engine and steering wheel. I've spent hours dropping junk on my living room floor, picking it up and moving it around. The batteries have lasted surprisingly long, I estimate they last about an hour and a half. A lot of people here said you couldn't use Duracell, but that's the batteries I'm using and it works fine.Pros:Wireless RemoteEasy to controlEverything movesFun BuildVery detailed with a very nice designReasonably Priced (It's a steal!)ConsComplicated Build had to go back a few times and fix things I messed upTurning is a bit immediate (not really a huge con but it's hard to do slight turns)In the end my only real disappointment is I couldn't find any other reasonably priced Lego construction vehicles that were also wirelessly controlled like this one. Buy it!

No clear steps
I’m 60 yrs old been building Legos since I was a child. Only recently since January my wifeand I have been building sets together, BIG sets, thousands of pieces very expensive sets and all of them in instructions they told you the bag numbers for each step. Got this one , it’s like here you go, figure it out. Had to dump over 20 bags of parts on this and that to sift through the parts . Don’t get me wrong it’s gonna be a fun build, but it’s gonna take a little longer. Thumbs down to Lego and the designer.

The loader itself is awesome once it is working --- very realistic control and ...
I would give this 5 stars if it wasn't for the problem with the remote. One of the two remotes wouldn't work for me. Lego sent another and same thing. If you look the issue up it is actually a problem with the battery not touching the terminal. Duracell batteries do not work, Rayovac batteries did work. The loader itself is awesome once it is working --- very realistic control and motion and a blast for the kids.My son is 5 and does tons of legos. He was fine with putting the pieces together for this, but not sorting through 1600+ pieces to find the right parts. Still a great team project.

Lots of missing parts
First set that I got that was missing a bunch of parts. Not just a few of one type but the entire quantity of a type. So this set is on hold for assembly.
