Technical Analysis of Stock Trends 11th Edition

This is a monster of a book !! J.C. Parets recommended it, and it has tons of valuable info, but the print is so small ! I have learned a great deal from Steve and Holly Burns' books, which are terrific ! I am giving the Monster five stars, so as not to discourage others from learning from J.C.'s suggestion. Hopefully he will distill some of his best ideas in the future, and we will have yet another offering to improve our trading.

Great, great book. Extremely dry read, but this isn't meant for the casual trader. This is meant for people wanting to learn detaled technical analysis and take their trading to the next level.

I have my original copy of the 6th edition and over the years gifted 20+ of these likely to deaf ears. Takes a lifetime to learn this theory. Simple, but complicated, timeless. Not a one time read, more like a bible. Edition is up to date with current events in the first part, but clear and true to old school.

The book is full of great information, it is an easy to understand and well laid out. The major downside to this book is that all the examples are from the 40s which is not inherently a bad thing but the charts shown as examples are nearly all completely unreadable.

Love it and hate it, it’s complicated so I keep re-reading sections. The definitive book.

After reading the complaints about this book, I was excited to buy it. It's a text book. In-depth, intense, educational. I bought the 11th edition. The quality is excellent, thick cover and paper is not flimsy. It consists of over 600 pages. It's recommended reading for the Certified Elliott Wave Analyst program.

Truely the best book on trading I have read. I wish I would have bought it years ago. It is well worth the time to read and read again. You will want to ignore the critics. It is very well published. I strongly recommend it for any serious trader.

Can not read on any Kindle device. And, on kindle app, this book doesn't provide adjustable font size. Overall, this book not readable at all.
