Q: How much oil and wax does the rose ball hold?

The ball is small so it doesn’t take a lot of wax or oil. I usually make a big batch so I don’t know exactly the answer to your question.

Q: Can this be used to make ice?

It’s not easy to take it out of the mold. You can try it.

Q: How do you put the wick in? If the opening is the bottom of the candle, then the wick would be inside the mold, right?

Not a candle maker here…but I’d say drill a hole in the finished candle, thread the wick through the hole, although I assume there are other methods. I used this for acrylic. The mold needs a bit of support around the lower portion, the weight of casting material pushed it out on my mold and the finished product was more squat than expected.
