Helps with sleep
This product helps me fall asleep gently. If I have to get up during the night I am able to fall asleep again easily. The L-theanine calms my brain so I am not thinking about all the things I have to do the next day. When I wake up I don’t feel hung over. Be sure to allow yourself eight hours to sleep, as it says in directions on bottle. You may feel groggy if you don’t allow eight hours.

I have only tried it once so far. However I was able to sleep
I liked it was chewable. This meant I did not have to get up in tje nigjt and get water to take . Worked for me but only used once so far.

Awesome Product!
I'd been taking the regular strength sleep aids for months -- until one day I saw there was an extra-strength version available. Is it ever! Sleep set in more quickly, sticks around longer, and waking is not an issue -- there's no groggy aftereffect. Highly recommend!
