Love it. Really nice and sturdy hand rail and looks great too. Installs easy and is very safe and secure. Originally had an issue with one part that had chipped paint. Customer service responded promptly and sent me a replacement. I would purchase from this company again.

The rail is very sturdy and will fit 1 inch iron pipe threads from the big box store I was able to grab floor flanges and 1x36inch pipe to fix it to the floor however the paint coating is not the greatest the rail came slightly dinged up in a couple of spots but it's much better than sanding and painting 300 feet of iron pipe

This handrail is a great value purchase. It was easy to install. It looks great against our cream colored wall. It did arrive with two tiny scratch marks. These were easily covered up with a marker. And after installation I don't even remember where they were on the handrail. For the price of the handrail this was a great purchase.

I have a set of stairs going up to a loft with no handrails. I decided to try this because it looked especially easy to install, and I liked the industrial look. I was not disappointed. The rail is thicker than I thought it would be (that's a good thing) and it looks high end. Highly recommend.

These are great. Nicer looking than “gas pipe fittings”.

I purchased the wrong size so I am donating it. But,1) It is not wrapped in the box so the white gets scratched.2) Is very heavyweight and sturdy.3) Because it's so heavy it needed to match up with the studs and it did not in my wall - as per my handyman.3) It is a nice industrial design so I do think a few paint touch-ups are worth it.
