They are cheap which I was ok with as I just needed parts. The head and body are roughly the same size. The dresses on mine were just ribbons. If you’re looking for an elf substitute this could work but the size will limit the games.

The wings had fallen off one of them but it didn’t matter as we used them as elf on the shelf children
