Instructions: Gently hold both sides of the LED light. Pull down the insulation tab to activate the LED light. Inflate like any other regular balloon. Enjoy!

PERFECT ADDITION TO YOUR GLOW PARTIES
Purchased for my 9year olds party. After dark, the lights go off and I used these balloons which lit up perfectly and were sturdy. Even after the party, they weren't easily able to be popped PURPOSELY lol. No holes..no thin balloons..no broken lights.
