I had one way back 24 years ago. This is exactly the same except it is refillable. Smooth writing on rough paper.

Buenas tardes, el dia de hoy recibi mi producto solicitado: PARKER VECTOR ct Pliuma estilografica, ya puse tinta en la bomba que trae, pero tal ve hay un problema con el punto de la estilogrfica, ya que no escribe. Tal vez la tinta no baja hasta el punto ee la pluma. Deseo me informe que debo hacer

Nice pen.
Parker Vectors are the most reliable fountain pens I have ever used. You could leave it tip-up in a pen stand for a month and chances are it writes the moment you put nib to paper.This all-chrome version is my favorite. I had one years ago and lost it, so this is my second. It obviously writes identically to the plastic Vectors but looks and feels nicer.The one I got isn't super smooth, but it is a acceptable for an F nib.
