Simple and useful
When you don't want to deal with subpar rgb application software from vendors, this little hardware device is very welcome. It is simple and it just work.

SATA argb controler adapter
Feels very good quality for a very reasonable price, came in very nice packaging, I give it five stars.

Brings new life to an older PC but with some design quirks
This controller is a fantastic way of breathing some life into those ARGB fans and the like that you may have sitting there fully capable but in darkness due to your old motherboard! Whilst it does what it's supposed to superbly, the wiring design of the control module is lacking. The wires come in the top and out the bottom of the controller, it makes it extremely difficult to mount externally. I managed to route mine out of the PC case but it doesn't look great where I've stuck it down due to the wiring layout. To me it seems a bit pointless having it inside the case where it's more laborious to make a change, so whilst I'm not fully satisfied with the look, it does work great.

Works well
Will connect any RGB/aRGB fans and helps as a cable extender

Okay for the price
It works okay but the colours are very limited which for some people it isn't great, It does the job good enough for my needs atleast but I would like to see more colours instead of the basic few colours.

Fantastic little controller
I recently bought the fractal torrant case and the included light bar required a 3 pin connection. Unfortunately for me my motherboard only offered 4 pin option. So after some research on internet came across this. What’s spot on for my needs and I finally have a working Rgb light bar.

Does what it's supposed to
Does what it's meant to for a cheap price. I had a pc case with rgb fans I couldn't use as I lacked the port on the motherboard, this allows for them to be rgb so I'm happy. Would recommend

Got an old motherboard with no rgb header?
Then this is your solution. I've got an old asus p8z68 motherboard (with no rgb header) that I donated to a build for my nephew and I got a cheap case for it with a load of rgb fans. Used this, connected it to a sata power connector and then daisy chained the fans, all nice and colorful. Controls work great. No complaints at all.
