Creative MUVO 2 Portable Water-resistant Bluetooth Speaker with Built-in MP3 Player (Black)

It’s a pretty good Bluetooth unit, value is OK for what you pay for it, but the packaging is absurd. I feel guilty about buying this knowing that now I have to landfill this beautiful but wastefull package. I’m an Industrial designer, and if I had designed this speaker, I would consider it a total failure to package it in something so over-the-top. Granted, the packaging works with existing POP/POS systems & help drive sales, while maintaining that the speakers are delivered without mars or damage, but still, I’m going to plastics hell for buying the speaker.

I AM IN LOVE! For a year, I've been shopping around for an affordable speaker that still performs well. THIS IS THE ONE <3This speaker has amazing sound and can actually play extremely loud. I am a college student and we host parties with it.It is super simple to use, sync, etc. It is also waterproof! We have not submerged it completely, but it has gotten splashed plenty and we've had no problems.The other super awesome feature about these speakers is that if you buy two, you can sync them up wirelessly for stereo sound.-This is not sponsored and I did not receive this for free. I had the original muvo mini and acter it took a dump on me, i needed a new one. This muvo 2 seems to be a little bit louder than the original muvo, with very deep bass tones, same great connectivity as the original muvo and the muvo 2 has a sd card slot, along with an auxiliary input, bluetooth connection and nfc connection. Sound quality during calls is also amazing and the microphone can hear me from across the room in my small apartment.

Purchased in May 2018. I loved it for the most part. Sound Quality was good, Battery life was good. Bluetooth connectivity was good. I used it on my patio all last summer. I stored it in is's original container over the winter then got it out planning to have another great summer using it on the patio again.I just discarded it because it wouldn't take a charge. $63.00 down the crapper.If you decide to buy one, be sure to also purchase an extended warranty.

these speakers rock. I have two of them and when you par then left and right you get the most awesome stereo sound. I can't wait to blast them on the beach in a few months. and with 10 hours of power I will not run out of tunes. these will keep me happy for a long time....

Great sound but bad battery

I just took this out of the box, having bought it in December 2019. It connects via Bluetooth but no sound. Unfortunately I'm beyond the 30 day return window. Would like to appeal to Amazon for a replacement, but can't figure out how to do so.

The Muvo 2 worked really well for me. I ordered a second one to take advantage of the stereo. I've had positive experiences with Creative Labs over the years.

The product was poorly packed, just one cardboard box and two air pillows in it. Carton was already wet and damaged and seal tape on one side was cut as if item inside was inspected. The plastic shell (the speaker comes in a plastic shell ) was heavily scratched and dirty. No covering for this shell, just this shell along with two air pillow was packed in a cardboard box, poor packing compared to other items Amazon delivered. This is the worst condition in which a product was delivered from Amazon. The case looked like it has been toyed by a kid for months. Speaker had dirty soiled finger prints and dust all over. The speaker works, the sound is muffled. My cell phone outperforms it. Looks like a bad, returned piece was delivered.Mobile app was able to connect to speaker quickly and control the playback, volume and source of playback (SD, aux). The most attractive feature for me is the control panel software available for the PC. You can connect the speaker to you PC/ Laptop through USB and use it as an audio device. The Control panel software has equalizer and other settings. One is loudness, you can increase the volume than the normal limit using this. Other one is dialoge enhancement for movie mode. Dialogue become loud and clear. Dialogues which were difficult to understand is now clear and crisp.Even though device promises WAV playback upto 48 KHz it doesn't work, I had to re sample the file to 44.1 Khz for it to play and only 2 channels are supported. 5/ 5+1 or 6 cannot be played by the device, device just skips ir. You need re-encode to stereo. Still the sound is low

The first version I got had bluetooth connection problems but was easily replaced. I would have still given this product five stars because of its general quality, but I am extremely dissapointed that after 1.5 years of occasional and careful use (mainly when watching movies) I'll have to throw it away already. Out of the blue it just stopped working. I've desperately tried several cables, plugs, laptops, etc. to try and charge or connect the device, but nothing happens.

Best nd loud enogh nd sufficient bass i got at 5k.I use it for morning long jog, really enjoying it.Nd battery lasts nearly 7 hrs nd 40 minutes at full volume. .....Am using it daily atleast 3 hrs per day since 20 th dec 2017 till 2day ! Though i have 5 more bluetooth speakers including recent Bose soundlink Revolve+.Still am loving muvo 2 nd thinking 2 order one more (the amazon price have came down at 5.1k) muvo 2 for listening in stereo sound effect !
