After completing 'The Fine Print' a few days ago, I was eager to delve into the next instalment of the Dreamland Billionaires series. I eagerly immersed myself in its pages.In 'Terms and Conditions,' the narrative unfolds the tale of Declan and Iris. Collaborating for three years, Declan, aspiring to be the next CEO of his family's empire, relies on Iris, his steadfast assistant. Iris stands out as the only one capable of holding her ground against Declan, determined to assist him in achieving his ambitions. However, Iris soon discovers that being married to Declan is more challenging than anticipated.Having thoroughly enjoyed 'The Fine Print,' my curiosity about the angry and cold older brother, Declan, intensified. Fortunately, this story exceeded my expectations. The narrative kicks off promptly, immediately captivating me. While the concept of requiring marriage for inheritance struck me as unsettling, it seamlessly fit into the narrative and the characters' dynamics.The stark differences between the two main characters, Declan and Iris, added a delightful dynamic to the story. The interactions between them, particularly in work mode, were enjoyable. Iris, seemingly the sole individual capable of eliciting a smile from Declan, remains oblivious to this fact. The most captivating moments for me were those instances when Declan attempted to conceal his true feelings about Iris. It mean't the world to me when he decided to throw caution to the wind and actual pursue her. I was delighted at the hidden romantic Declan always was under is facade.The romance was delightful, brimming with fantastic chemistry. Exploring the story through both of their perspectives added depth, with the chapters focusing on Declan offering a revealing glimpse into his perception of Iris. Despite his harsh and cold exterior, the narrative raises the question—does that truly define him?Iris emerged as a resilient and determined character, showcasing her unwavering spirit.'Terms and Conditions' proved to be an immensely enjoyable and romantic read that I wholeheartedly recommend. Anticipation for the final brother's story, Cal's tale, is high, and I'm confident it will be equally compelling.

There isn't much real life in this book, it's Dreamland but there is very touching love story. It's told in such delightful style you want to laugh and cry with the heroes and most dialogues are so witty and charming. It's truly feel-good book

Throughly enjoyed this book! The dynamic between the Iris and Declan was incredible. Literally kicking my feet and giggling like a little girl!

I have seen quite a few people having problems with the state this book is recieved in and was hoping that maybe it was just due to the delivery but I ordered all three books and this one was the only one damaged so 🤷🏻‍♀️ (rating is due to this)

☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ /5this book had me giggling,kicking my feet and crying with every chapter. iris is such an amazing character and i love how smart and dedicated she is. declan’s character, like rowan also has some character development and i love it.reading him developing feelings for iris is so touching and sweet.also zahra and iris’s friendship is exactly what i needed after the first book. the friendship between cal and iris is something i never knew i wanted but definitely is something i NEEDED. i love how despite cals love for his brother he still stood up for iris when she came to him and needed support. he’s so loyal 🫶🏼overall this book was really good.tropes: office romance, marriage of convenience, grumpy x sunshine

I really enjoyed reading this book. If you enjoyed The Fine Print you will love the sequel. This is one of the best marriage of convenience/ fake dating books I’ve read, it it so well written. Also for fans of grumpy x sunshine or friends to lovers. The characters are lovable and relatable and the book has an excellent storyline. The conversations between the characters is unmatched and the book is full of super sweet moments. I would definitely recommend to any romance lover.

When the woman who agreed to marry Declan backed out on the day of their engagement party, Iris had the grand idea of agreeing to marry Declan to help her friend. They would marry, act in love for the public, have a baby, and convince Declan’s grandfather’s lawyer that their relationship is real, all so Declan could gain his inheritance and claim his position as CEO.Sounds simple, right? WRONG! Because Declan and Iris have always had an unspoken attraction towards each other. Iris is the one person who is able to see past Declan’s grumpy facade and see who he really is. Declan cares about Iris more than he likes to admit. The more time they spend together, the more they realize they’re not faking their relationship anymore.Y’all this book was everything I dreamed of. The anticipation was well worth it. First off, the second I started reading this book I just felt the good vibes— it genuinely made me happy to read it. I was grinning like a dummy through 90% of the book!!! You could sense Iris and Declan’s chemistry right away and it made my heart so happy. And let’s get real, Declan is not the most expressive person when it comes to his feelings, HOWEVER, I loved seeing the little ways he showed Iris he cared.And Iris Elizabeth Kane, WOWWWW. This woman is everything. She is probably one of my top 5 favorite book characters of all time. Iris’ energy is truly amazing and I can’t help but want to be her friend. She is so genuine and caring for everyone in her life. She is a badass black woman who is kind, beautiful, hardworking, and resilient in so many ways. You can’t help but fall in love with her. And the fact she’s the one person that can keep Declan in line is so hot. She can push his buttons and get away with it when he’d probably fire or physically harm anyone else who’d try to do the same.I can’t forget to mention Cal!!!! Cal and Iris’ friendship was so cute and I was not expecting that so it was a pleasant surprise! The little breadcrumbs about Cal and Alana made me sooooo excited for Cal’s book. I just know it’s going to be amazing. Esp bc miss Lauren mentioned Alana will be Latina!!!!!!!I’m not going to lie, Declan pissed me off a lot lol. And after the 3rd act conflict, I had a hard time forgiving him lol. I felt like he could have done a lot more groveling but its fine, i’m fine. The epilogue and extended epilogue made me forget all of his wrongs.Lauren Asher has a way of writing epilogues that truly feel magical. I felt this way when I read the dirty air epilogues and I feel the same for the dreamland billionaire series. I was crying throughout both epilogues because they’re just so beautiful and wholesome and I literally just want that HEA for myself 😫 My last comment is I LOVED how she incorporated F1 racers and MY MAN SANTI into Terms and Conditions. You literally don’t understand the rush of dopamine I felt when Santi was mentioned!!! My heart was so happy and I love miss Lauren for that!

It’s only march and hands down Lauren Asher gave me my best read of the year.⠀⠀Tropes you can find: Marriage of convenience, age gap, boss/assistant, grumpy sunshine, forced proximity, should I continue? Hahaha.⠀⠀Declan is so bossy and grumpy but this man has an debility and her name is Iris Landry (and maybe donuts are his debility too). These two won my heart since the first chapter, they made me laugh so hard , I love them.Iris has backbone and she knows how to control Declan’s grumpy humor perfectly, she’s such a smarty pants and I loved to see Declan trying to handle this woman. Spoiler alert: he can’t hahaha!!This book is full of funny moments with this two and sooo much banter between them, but also we have a lot cameos of Cal (and if you know me, you know I love him) and RowanZahra too. I love this new sisterhood between Zahra and Iris, can’t wait for Alana joining them.⠀⠀Btw D&I watching F1 together was everything!!! Now Im currently reading dirty air because of Declan and Iris hype for Santiago Alatorre hahaha.⠀⠀Can I rate this book with 100 stars? I was so excited to read this story, and it was just so much more than I could have possibly imagined, it blew me away. I fell I love with both Iris and Declan from the first few pages. This book was such an enjoyable read. As simple as that word choice may sound, it is anything but! I was captivated from the beginning.The banter and general conversation between Declan and Iris was amazing, I was laughing so many times in this book and all those suppressed feelings they have, wow! Their inner thoughts were hilarious, I didn’t want to put the book down.Iris is one badass heroine. She is so smart, hardworking, funny and sincere. I love the way she deals with Declan and his ‘personality’, doesn’t hesitate to put Declan in his place. Although she is not without her own insecurities and struggles, like most people seeing her work/live with them was inspiring.Declan is so much to unravel, he hides a lot from everyone public and family keeps to himself and think friendships will weaken him. But he had so much internal strife going on which make it so easy to feel for him. He works hard and wants to do his best, but often has blinders on. He may be a grumpy workaholic, but the way he is with Iris melts your heart.It is clear Declan and Iris care for one another and they share a special bond, even though they may not see it for what it truly is. Watching them both start to recognize those feelings for what they are, and then allowing themselves to actually feel them was wonderful. They both have things from their past to overcome.I loved having Cal, Rowan and Zahra in the story. Watching their relationships between the brothers added to the story and a little more insight into each of them.Cal and Iris have an amazing friendship! He truly is a great best friend who has her back. So excited for his book!This author even gave us a little tease into her Dirty Air series, and my favourite book boyfriend from that group as well!

As a reader I really want that my books come. To me in good condition honestly i was a little worried that it's quality would not be good since its online but the quality is AMAZING.It looks really original and printing is also very good.
