UPDATE: The phone has gotten worse and you can't even dial out on it now, the number keys don't work. Customer service has not refunded my money as requested and the last message I received from them was asking me to change this bad review. LOL, not going to happen, they've done nothing to warrant a change.BUYER BEWARE!!!At first this phone seemed perfect for my disabled elderly brother, but now months later the phone is not working properly. The speed dial buttons will not store numbers, but has invalid numbers in the memory and can not be overwritten. The phone did not come with a manual, so originally I contacted the seller for them to send me one. They responded immediately and offered suggestions to fix the issue, but none have worked. I told them this and they haven't responded back. The phone is obviously defective and the sellers are ignoring my requests for further assistance.

At first this seemed like a perfect, second landline phone for my parents. But, sadly, it is already not working. This phone was delivered on February 4, 2022 and by March 12, 2022 it stopped working properly. The speaker phone is "stuck" on and no matter what you push, the speaker phone is on. My sister and I tried to fix it using the directions with no luck. We missed our window for returning this item, so we are now stuck with a phone that my parents can't use. It is disappointing after we spent a lot of time researching options.
