Ignore the bad reviews
I almost didn't buy this because I always jump to the bad reviews, but sometimes I wonder if it is "those people" 🙄, they are. This comes with pretty simple instructions on how to use, I put the recommended amount of distilled water (until I get mineral) usually I have to add salt to get enough steam to blow out to clear my sinuses but it crystallizes and destroys the machine, salt was not needed in this it is more powerful than any of the ones I usually get for my sinus problems. My skin also feels good so that's a plus. Everything was packaged perfectly and it was clearly clean and unused. My eyes and sinuses feel great. Tomorrow I'm going to throw a blanket over some chairs and make a mini steam area for my face lol, although it gives you enough steam but my sinuses are jacked. I left everything opened up to dry out for the next use. Great buy ❤

Huge flaw design
Like most steamers this has a water limit, however, you can't actually see how much water is inside. Usually steamers have a fill line because it just logically makes sense. The directions say maximum 1 glass of water. I put in 4oz and it still spit out burning water. Thankfully, just out of caution, I never put my face near a steamer that's heating up. The entire time it was "steaming" it was spitting out water.I placed my hand over the "steam" for about 45 seconds (out of burn range of course) and there was absolutely no moisture on my hand. I could've gotten better results with an oversized bowl and towel 😒

I feel like I’m at the spa!!
I absolutely love this face steamer!! I purchased it because I needed one small enough to fit on my counter. Just enough steam comes out and it truly does make my cleansing process so much better. It adds such a luxurious element to my skincare routine and I love it!

The steam is powerful, product is esthetic, esy to use, they sent me a cute little kitty head band. Its my favorite part of my day!

Good amount of steam
I bought this face steamer after seeing a girl with this on tiktok & i noticed how much steam comes out. I bought it & yes its true, a good amount of steam comes out of this product. Theres a plastic smell the first few times you use it, but instructions say it should decrease the more you use it. Overall, im satisfied with this.
