Works perfectly.
It really makes trimming lamination so much easier...you make much less silly mistakes.

Works very well, as advertised
My standard veneer cutting bit gunked up almost instantly when cutting contact-cemented formica. This cutter stayed clean despite hundreds of feet of cutting distance. It takes a bit of getting used to for seating the side of the triangle onto the edge of the work surface (there is a little "punch" as it aligns). Really improved the edging process.

No more filing laminate edges!
After a month. And a 1/2 of testing in our woodshop where we do an incredible amount of. Laminate work , this little bit has completely eliminated the need for filing of laminate edges once they have been cut. We use it for lam to lam applications and it works amazing.

Be vert careful with the depth settings.
I set up my new router bit as usual, not paying particular to the depth. After all, I was just trimming Formica. When, I finished, I was appalled that I had cut away half the thickness of the Formica along the seam I was trimming. Nothing in the instructions, but found a comment buried in the feedback about paying attention to the depth setting. I adjusted the depth so the bearing just touched the Formica above the seam being trimmed. Everything worked well after that.Lesson learned.
