Gobi HeatWolf Men's Puffer Heated Jacket - 9 hours of Heat | Battery and Charger Included

My first jacket was dead on arrival. Gobi Heat's phone support was basically nonexistent, but I found their email support to be very responsive and helpful. So if you have any issues, I suggest emailing them instead of calling them.My replacement jacket worked great. The jacket turns on and provides heat in the three zones as advertised. The heat isn't very strong, even on the strongest setting. The active heat should be thought of more as a supplement rather than the primary source of warmth. Fortunately the jacket itself is pretty warm. I've been wearing it in 30-40F weather with it powered off with no issues. The heat would probably come in handy in the 20s-30s, especially at night.My biggest complaint is that the jacket is perhaps a bit too roomy. I am 5ft 10in and 150lb, and I feel like I am swimming in my Small, though it is otherwise a good fit. If you're of average or slim build, I'd recommend sizing down.

I got one for my girlfriend and when hers arrived I knew I needed one for myself. This is an excellent product. I love the the levels of heat and that I get to take full control of my comfort level in any condition.The product came quicker than I expected and got perfectly. I'm 6'0" tall and weigh 189 and the coat fits just how I had hoped.I can't wait to take this to the top my favorite mountain peaks and just simple stuff like Christmas caroling around the neighborhood. This is a small thing but, I love the zipper pulls. They have the grippy rubberized texture that is really gratifying to pull and they fit perfectly in my fingers. Product it’s great, battery technology is old and antiquated. Without a good battery, the jacket only serves half of its purpose.

I loved this jacket it’s made from the most reliable material and is a stylish and comfortable. Heat up for many hours and I use mine daily. 10/10 would buy again!

bought directly from gobi. a vest order #107794 stopped working in under 7 weeks. bought a wolf jacket order #111856 stopped working in under 1 week. First failure was a battery, then the jacket,then the vest. Returned jacket asked for refund , the vest was not returnable after 30 days. Company will repair it but Does not furnish return labels and you put up money to ship.Gobi didn’t seem surprised by the failures and didn’t seem to really care that they had sold me $400.00 worth of defective clothing
