Do all 3 fit in the pouch it comes with ? And is there tweezers and a toothpick in one of them ?

No. The pouch is for the multitool and the pouch is a bit flimsy so I'd buy a leather pouch for the multitool, also. You can't beat the look or the price on this stuff so it makes an awesome present...! The knives are awesome, but there are studier multitools out there. With that said I work in the railyards and use it everyday and it's been fine.

Is there a replacement for the heavy duty canvas sheath? The belt part on mine broke and I need another one

I can only imagine that you'd have to get something aftermarket. Mine shredded, too.

How do you get replacement screws? 3 of mines came out.

I suggest you contact the manufacturer directly, with PICs of failed items. They may replace if found to be defective, if not replacements should be available. Good Luck.
