The media could not be loaded. This litter box is amazing!! I purchased this litter box back in 2022. The customer service is wonderful—they actually follow up with you and try to fix the issue.I’ve used all kinds of litters but the main one I use now is the Pretty Litter Clumping, I just change it every 1-2 weeks but I have three cats. The Pretty Litter Clumping gets rid of the pee pee too instead of the pee pee just staying in there with the regular pretty litter. Just make sure if you use the pretty Litter Clumping you have it on auto. With the Pretty Litter Clumping if you have multiple cats it may settle to the bottom and need to be loosened. Other options for litter are to use Fresh Step Crystal litter or Scoop Away (The Purple).Out of all the litters I’ve used it’s done wonderful in moving it and getting the poop into the bin. I love the Wi-Fi compatibility. Having App control over the Catlink helps a lot when you have a sick kitty. You can put it onto manual mode and it will only spin when you tell it to. That way if you need a fecal sample it lets you.It tries to tell cats apart by weight but when you have twins that can be difficult lolIt’s very sturdy! The top sometimes loosens but 9 times out of 10 it’s because I didn’t snap it in properly.In my opinion it was well worth the price overall and it’s been functioning since 2022 and never been out of commission! Customer Service helped me recently with the newer one I purchased last year and they were excellent. They called and emailed and kept checking in with me to make sure we got the problem resolved. Super friendly too!Overall I love Catlink and I’m never going back. The odor control is pretty good but I still change it once a week because I have three cats. It is big but if you find a spot for it then it’s really nice. I believe it makes the cat feel more comfortable because of the space. They can turn around and move inside of it. Changing the litter is super easy, just a little more effort with the Pretty Litter Clumping but that’s not the fault of the Catlink.This has literally been the best purchase I’ve made and it still keeps on working. Once every three months I will take it apart and hose just the sphere down and vacuum the base. The base is pretty solid to vacuum and go over with a damp cloth to keep it looking nice and clean. :) Also brownie points because it looks like a spaceship lol! Seeing my cats go in it makes me smile every time.

Love my CATLINK ProX! Like most cat owners, I hate scooping the litter box. After being diagnosed with cancer and going thru treatment. I had zero energy to do basic household tasks - enter CATLINK. Easy to set up and connect to my home internet, I was instantly in love with the auto-empty feature, and preventative functions to ensure my cats safety. After trying both Pretty Litter and regular clumping litter, I prefer using Pretty Litter with it. My girls have no issue hopping in or out, and I genuinely believe they love the experience it provides for them - always clean and ready for use.I purchased in Feb 2024 and had zero issues for 14 months. Then, out of the blue it stopped connecting to the app (but I could still empty it via the onboard controls) - enter Patrick from customer service. He provided me with consistent and timely emails and phone calls, checking in when I'd get busy with life and forget to respond. His patience and kindness have me hooked as a customer for life. It's refreshing to see a company that cares about it's customers and their pets.Ultimately, the CATLINK PROX has been wonderful for us, and comes at a great price compared to the market competition. Buy it, you won't regret your decision.

*Update*The company reached out to me and sent a replacement litter box. I have had zero problems with the new one. I was able to sync to the app right away and completed set up in no time. We have had zero errors so far and the cats are thrilled with it. I think a little too much as I get notified every time they enter and well they enter a lot lol.I put the product up to 5 stars from 2 because the company went out of their way to handle the problem and quickly. And the product is great I’m so happy with it now. I think the other one had to be damaged in transit or something. But this litter box is amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The company stands by their product and that speaks volumes to me as a consumer.*Old*I ordered this cat box February 13th 2025 I can’t tell you how the app part works because I was never able to get it to sync. I followed the instructions and I even contacted the company in which I received no help. I was told to follow additional trouble shooting steps. Which I did but it fixed nothing. So I just gave up on syncing the app because it wasn’t why I bought it in the first.In April the machine started to stop mid turn and had to be restarted, then it started doing this daily, then multiple times a day. Then we started having trouble getting it to restart. We have gotten to the point that it’s causing more hassle then it is helping us and my cats are trying to “go” elsewhere 😡 for now we will be going back to the old fashion way as I don’t know what I can trust anymore especially when they are so pricey.
