I got mine at The Dollar Tree for $1. The metal roller ball is cold and soothing and that's probably what helps with the puffiness, not the serum itself. It take quite a while to dry and is a little sticky. On the plus side, I do think it helps a little with crow's feet and it has a few good ingredients in it, but not sure of the percentage. Also, made in China so I'm a little leary of that.

Honestly I bought this at the dollar store. I roll it on several times a day because it feels good, and after 2 months I truly think I notice a difference. I have picked up several and now they're laying all over my house. Hard to say if any topical eye product really works, but diligent use of this stuff has shown to make a difference
