I realize this is for weight loss, or advertised that way primarily it seems, but I love them because my stomach is very sensitive to hard to digest foods. I'm not sure this is the intent, but I take 2 every morning and don't have a problem the rest of the day with food digestion. I follow my diet, of course, but these ketones prevent the normal bouts of pain that come with eating for me. It does say it helps with metabolism, so perhaps that's why. I also notice there is apple cider vinegar powder which might be helping me with my low acidity and digestion. Overall, I'm hooked and they have become part of my routine.
