The pliers work okay. My main concern with it is how sharp the knurls are on the section of the pliers that has to grip the safety wire. It's so sharp that it damages the safety wire and will cause the safety wire to break. Other than that, it works okay. It does feel a little cheap as far as how smoothly it spins and things like that. For the price, it has done the job that I needed. I had to buy this because I don't know what happened to my very old safety wire pliers which did feel much better than this one.

The plier itself is great. It locks and twist easily without much effort. The safety wire came with the kit is not so great, it's very thin and snap easily. 6-8 twist per inch is recommended but the wire can only take 4 before it breaks. Overall, good pliers but recommended to buy thicker size safety wire.
