Expensive but well worth it! I hate that all the de-tanglers I have tried have a smell but this one does not! It is also excellent at detangling. It does not irritate my skin or my dogs. The spray bottle works great and does not gum up. My dogs coat has improved so much from just intermittent uses that she is no longer getting matting…I was having to brush out mats daily on her as she is active and always in the water. For reference my dog is a Maltipoo. I do also use this on my Pomeranian and their coats are amazing since starting this! It makes them shiny and smooth!

This product works great on my dog’s coat! It helps with tangles, makes brushing much easier, and leaves the fur soft, smooth, and shiny. A little goes a long way, and I’m very happy with the results.

This is the only thing that keeps my Aussie from not getting matted after swimming so often it’s a little pricey but a little goes a long way, it smells amazing, it helps my dogs coats I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on how well they look and helps so much for double coated dogs and gets all the tangles out

Chris Christensen Ice on Ice Detangler Spray works very well for brushing out tangles and keeping my dog’s coat soft and manageable between grooming sessions. It helps loosen mats without leaving the fur greasy or heavy, and brushing is much easier afterward. I also like using it as a finishing spray because it gives the coat a smooth, clean look with a nice light scent. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts quite a while.

Works best if massaged into the fur. Wait a few minutes. Then comb out. All knots do not come out right away. You have to work at it a bit. By far it is the best I have tried. Will buy again

Bought this to help with tangles and matting. Works reasonably well for tangles but it's no "magic bullet" for matting. Definitely works well as a finishing spray and the scent is fine. In theory, it's easy to use but the sprayer I received was defective and would not properly screw onto the bottle, which causes the bottle to literally fall off the sprayer when using it. Yes, I tried several times and checked the bottle and sprayer - the threading on the sprayer and bottle don't match up properly. This makes it hard to use such that I have to hold the bottle in one hand and spray with the other. This is probably not an issue for most but I'm rating what I received.

I use this on my Pomeranian and it works really well. The coat becomes much easier to brush through no pulling or tangles, even in fluffier areas. It doesn’t leave any sticky or heavy residue, which I really appreciate, and the fur still feels soft and natural after. I also like that it adds a light conditioning effect and makes the coat look more polished without weighing it down. Great option if you want something that actually helps with detangling and keeps the coat in good shape between grooming.

I have nothing to compare this to, as I headed straight to the most recomended brand, in order to avoid the headache of trying a bunch of cheaper brands and spending a lot of mobey on products that don't work. I guess you should keep that in mind but..... I really like this! Especially after a bath. A groomer used a slicker brush on my (then) 4 month old Havanese puppy, and damaged some of his fur, making it feel sort of rough instead of silky soft. I was hopibg this would help smooth his hair back out. It has helped a little in that respect, but no miracles. :( It is fabulous at getting rid of his static, which he has in abundance as the air in my house is really dry! It also helps with smothing out the brushing process. It helps get through the tangles! (If you have a long haired dog, I would also recomend a Chris Christensen wooden pin brush.) Also, the bottle is way larger than I thought. Thank goodness. It looks like a large pump hair spray bottle. And it doesnt take a whole lot to do the job, so the bottle should last a while. Of course, my puppy only weighs 6 pounds and will probably only get to 10-12 pounds, so if you have a bigger dog you will obviously need more. There is very little scent to this, so you needn't worry that the smell will be too strong either. And it is very light, so it won't weigh the fur down. It also doesn't seem to leave any sort of build up. I use it every time I brush him, which I do often, trying to get him used to it so he grooms easily when he grows up, :) and haven't noticed a build-up at all! When this bottle runs out I will probably just reorder rather than try something else, and that seems to be the best recommendation a product can get!

Top Produkt! Endlich habe ich eines gefunden, das macht was es soll (perfekt entwirren und das Haar seidig glänzen lassen) und dabei fast keinen Geruch hat. Hab schon mehrere probiert und alle haben so pentrant künstlich nach Kokos gerochen, dass einem schlecht wurde (und wie das dann erst für den Hund sein muss...) Bei mir war auch der Sprühaufsatz dabei (in manchen Rezensionen wurde das bemängelt) und der Aufsatz funktioniert auch sehr gut. man kann auch größere Hunde zügig damit einsprühen, auch mit feuchten Händen (das geht bei diesen kleinen Flaschen mit dem Druck-Sprühkopf oft sehr schwer). bin begeistert!

This is by far the best detangler I have used on my cockapoo. Knots just melt away and makes brushing time much less stressful. My cockapoo is not a fan of having anything sprayed on her. I put it into a misting bottle and she doesn't even notice it being applied to her fur. I went with unscented as she also doesn't like smellys. Will definitely continue using this product. It is more expensive than some other brands but its well worth it
