I bought this for my son when I remodeled his bedroom. I got one in at first and the product came broken. It made me feel a little disappointed in the beginning and it felt kind of scammy, but I contacted the vendor and he changed my mind immediately. I returned the broken product and within a week I had another one sitting on my porch. I love this dresser so far! And so does my son. It’s definitely a space saver!

Probably the worst thing I've bought on Amazon, and that's saying something. Had to have three pieces replaced because they were broke beyond use and the replacements were almost as bad. Had to scrub the crap out of it because the pieces came filthy and every single piece was scratched, dented, or warped. The doors aren't even and the instructions were pitiful and confusing. Please buy something else.

The media could not be loaded. At first glance, it looks good, but when you start to look closer, you notice a lot of faults/issues.The structure itself is not sturdy. It leans to one side which causes other issues. We had to wedge something under the bottom left corner to straighten it. Without that, it leans to the side, makes the doors uneven, and causes the left door to rub at the top as you open and close it. One of the top screws we received was defective and unusable, which probably added to the overall instability. It did take some time to assemble, but it was relatively easy to do. The only issue were that some cracks and breakages were very noticeable and we had to color them in with black marker and I’m not sure why it chips so easily. The worst thing is that it is not deep enough to hang adult hangers. The length of the hanger is too long for the depth of the structure so when you hang adult clothes, you have to hang them at an angle which minimizes the use of the space. That’s very disappointing.

The media could not be loaded. It is a solid and good (not great product. It came damaged - but because it is so HEAVY - the small cosmetic damage was not worth the return . Putting g this together was also a feat! You definitly need 2 people and the pictures are not representative of the assembly. About 1/2 the pieces were labeled the others were not - we spent a lot of time organizing before so that we could guess what part was what, based off a process of elimination and looking at the pictures

Seriously the worst product I have ever ordered online. First of all, the package didn’t even come with instructions so we had to look it up online. Then, the lettered labels for each piece of wood did not match the labels written in the instructions so you had to figure it out on your own by eye. Some of the pieces came with scratches and marks. The starter holes in the sides of the shelves fully did not line up with the holes for screws and pegs on the sides of the dresser. We had to drill our own starter holes into the sides of every shelf. The cardboard backing for the backs of the shelves that we were given doesn’t even cover the entire height of the dresser!!! Clearly the wrong parts were given for this order. The edges for some shelves were finished while others weren’t… Assembly overall was so difficult. The instructions online were literally terrible. Now that the dresser is assembled it’s completely wobbly!!! I would love to request a return but after all of this labor what’s the point. I want my money back.

The closet wouldn’t hold up at all . I brought this item on and it delivered on Thursday it was in the trash by Saturday. I was unable to get a refund cause I wouldn’t take it able apart . The wood was cracked and it company was closed on Saturday. Waste of money !!!

I know it is odd that I would give this a five-star rating with only one-star for ease of assembling. I am a senior woman trying to assemble this armoire myself. The main parts were simply too heavy (and confusing) for me to work with. So, I asked for a refund. This company went above and beyond, in a short period of time, to resolve this for me. This is one of the best customer support people I have ever come across.

The laminate finish smells awful. I am a journeyman carpenter, I built it well, despite that it is wobbly, when you open and close the doors it shakes and moves.
