Are they diswasher safe?

I put mine in the dishwasher all summer and we had a lot of corn this summer, lol. They are still just as good as the day I got them.

Would these be safe to put on cleaned corn cobs BEFORE steaming them?

I'm kind of on the fence here. I wash mine by hand and I'm not sure if they would hold up to repeated high heat and cooling. I put mine in after the corn is steamed.

I don't know if Bisphenol A is part of the manufacturing but what is known is the holders are so convenient with their comfortable oversized handles. The prongs of stainless steel are the part that contacts the corn cob and for what amounts to mere minutes as the corn on the cob is consumed. The clever way they connect to each other for storage when not in use is equally impressive. Colorful, fun and practicable!
