Gave to my son who has taken a few courses in fly tying and fishing. He was impressed with all that was included in kit; very comprehensive in tying materials and tools.

My sons were taking the fly fishing merit badge and needed a kit to practice tying flies on. Their instructor was impressed with the value for the price. Not a life time kit, but definitely everything you need to try it out.

this is a great starter set. there is a little of everything in this box. The vice is better quality than most others i looked at. way better set than you get from cabelas

Great starter kit, with lots of material. More thread colors would make this a 5 star. This is coming from my 9year old son who wanted this kit for christmas.

We bought this for my father in law as a gift. He is a beginner and this kit was the perfect set up to get him started. Includes everything he needed to get going. He loves it.
