Will not transfer paint to the canvass
I lubricated the oil paint with Liquin and let the brush soak in it. It will not transfer the paint to the canvass. I even spread Liquin into the canvass and even linseed oil but the brush will not transfer the paint to it. It is therefore not usable.

Hard to beat
A really nice set of brushes. 0-3. Hold paint well and hold their shape. Would buy again, plus fast shipping from the UK

NOT as advertised
Hi,I was extremely excited to receive those brushes, because I was looking for some really long one and I'm kind of amazed there are almost half of the length advertised on the image. Please see attached image to prove the point. I would give 0 if I can.What a shame :(PS: I haven't tested the brushes yet, the point of this review is you to let you know the real product!I'll post another review only about 'brushing' quality' if you wish... just let me know by commenting this review.

Nice brushes
I bought these for sign writing. (I’m not a professional). I have been, however, oil painting for forty years and know a good brush when I see one. I am pleased with the quality, (professional brushes would be better but would cost a lot more). If looked after properly I feel that they will give years of use. I would recommend that anyone using art brushes should have a look on you tube for lessons on how to care for them, having seen how some people treat brushes then complain about them I’m sure no one has taught them how to care for them.Rant over. The brushes were supplied in quick time and packaged well. I would recommend the Art Shop to anyone. I am always wary of buying unseen but since my supplier in Winchester closed down I have little choice. Good service here though.

Pleased
It arrived on time and well packaged. These brushes are not expensive but they are still a good brush for my oil painting.

Good brushes
I bought these because I had never tried these long brushes but I'm really into doing watercolours. As I've never had them before I am not the best person to criticise or commend - but as far as a novice is concerned they seem pretty good!
