Very well written and referenced
I took this book on holiday and read it in one day because it was such a compelling read. I liked the straight-talking approach to navigating Whiteness and institutional and structural racism, and the reference to authors whose works I have read (and re-read) such as Akala and Sam Friedman. The 'Reflections on Good Practice' at the end of each Chapter are really useful. If you are White (I am) and work for a big corporate (I did for 25 years), you should read this!

Insightful
I have been looking for a book that enables a conversation about racism in business. Found it!

Badly written
I expect higher quality than this for the price. Not worth it.
