It is not safe to use the given bars, for me, I have used an external bar that I have bought separately which had "by luck" a small diameter. Be careful because the inner diameter of all dumbbells is very small and it will not fit with large bars. In other words, all these dumbbells will be useless.Also, keep in mind the quality of these dumbbells are poor, when I opened them it is filled with Sand really shocked!!!

Suitable for starters. You can do all kinds of basic exercise. Good for money.

The steel rods are rusty and not in good finishing quality. The weights biscuits are not cleaned and most probably refurbished or used.

They have to be change of the quality of screws.

Given the price point, this is a value for money product. If you want better quality, try increasing your budget. But for this given entry level price, it’s a decent product.Rods will rust eventually if not cared properly, and weights are built from thin pvc. Hence avoid throwing your weights on floor.It’s a supplement home gym basics for days you are lazy to step out or when it’s raining. Do not expect high quality. However, as I mentioned this above, it’s a value for money deal at this price point.Good luck and happy sweating!

Bad quality also dilivery boy took extra amount,damage product made by poor product soil inside. No Value for money. dilivery boy very clever he took my phone was giving 5stars but I denied because I'm not satisfied from it.

All equipments are genuine and Delivered at a very good condition. Only one plate is a bit cracked but all other equipments are at their best possible condition

The price is good accordingly . The packaging wasn't good . The weights or the plates are of bad quality. The pvc of plates starts breaking from edges which isn't good. The maximum weight if this set you van put on the straight barbell is 26kg (in this set) and the curly barbell is very short and uncomfortable. The locks are not so good because they don't hold the weights nicely. The weights fobbles and rotates alot. The dumbells' bars are not so good as whenever the weights come in contact with any surface , they start unlocking themselves🙂. Overall the Satisfaction is not good.
