We have a huge dryer that requires being set back against the wall further than the original design of the laundry room allowed. This new dryer also has an electronic sensor for air flow and was never happy with the old ducting even after I cleaned it thoroughly. What I realized is that the old ducting was not holding a clear path for maximum air movement through the duct because it was dented and crinkled from being manipulated over the last few years. This ducting is amazing! I added the finger tightening clamps to make it less tool dependent and had the new duct installed in less than 15 minutes. The design of the ducting allowed me to move the dryer all way back with zero crimping of the exhaust. The dryer hasn't given us an air flow warning since (3 months now) and the clothes are all drying much faster to boot. Highly recommend this!

worked for me, it was easy to install without too much tearing (it tore a bit on the edge on the wall side but fit just fine on the dryer side. But it is long enough to work with it if the edge tears. It is indeed flexible, which is what we needed given the position of our dryer. Great price, fast delivery, and it's something they do not sell at my Home Depot or Lowe's which is amazing to me for such large stores each store only had one rigid choice .

So I went cheap, who can you blame when you've gotta replace both, washer and gas dryer!! I order this guy,installed as planned. Easy to stretch out, not super thin, but thin. I ran it 5ft to an outside vent, took out the excess hose for a smoother flow. I clean my vent lines every 3 months, so we'll see how durable they are after a few cleanings.

I had purchased one that was a harder metal but was supposed to stretch to 6 ft. Three of us could not get it to stretch more than 2 ft. and it tore... This new one is softer and you need to be careful not to tear it but you can pull it to the full length with no problem.. attaching it with those metal rings wasn't a problem..

This is the best aluminum dryer hose. It is the only one where nothing else is needed to use it right away. You just remove the thin plastic wrap, unfurl the ends, and fit the hose onto the dryer hose connectors. No extra rubber bands or tube ends to fuss with. And that’s it! You are ready to go!Super easy!

The product is easy to install. However, whilst installing one need to be gentle when handling it to ensure the body which is made up of aluminium foil, is not torn or punctured. Other than that the product can function well as described.
