Johnny's Fine Foods Au Jus French Dip (Pack of 3)

I am a prep cook in a 4 star steak house in Vegas and make 3 gl of au jus at a time the old school way. It takes 12 hrs from roasting the bones and carmelizing the trinity etc. to complete. Your product is the best that I have found to use at a home level.

Johnny's Au Jus is simply the best in the business. I do a lot of cooking and smoking/BBQ. This product is so easy and it is full of flavor. I have tried several others, including powder forms but now comes close. It is also difficult to find here in St Louis.

Bought this because I had a precooked roast so no drippings to make Au Jus. This stuff is knock your socks off good. I preped as stated on the bottle then dumped my sliced roast beef in the pot. Everyone couldn't get enough. It was a real Christmas Eve hit.

I had two occasions where I needed to bring a light treat so I made French Did Pinwheels, they were a hit at bot events and saved a lot time not having to make the dip. Received many compliments. Try it!

Best Au Ju I have found and little goes a long way. Perfect for Au Ju and for adding to gravy for a little extra seasoning/flavor. I love it.
