This interchangeable pad works either as a Hot or Cold pad that is truly the SAME SIZE in length as the one my Chiropractor uses on me! It is the largest one I have seen to buy! It goes from your neck down to your low back for the convenience of getting to use only one large pad instead of having several different ones which would get out of place at different times. This pad can freeze the pain out of OR warm all the muscles up and down the neck and back at ONCE !!! It uses a gel inside it that does not freeze completely hard but is still movable if you squeeze it hard enough or put it on the floor with a towel and step on it to adjust the shape. A bargain to buy one large freezable unit and not have to buy so many separate packs for the higher overall price. So far I love it. It stays cold for a long time. I'm using it almost daily between packing to move and riding my motorcycle and it relieved the soreness from my bad back.. Highly recommend.

Love this after knee surgery my only complaint is gel seems to thin out and you need to push it back to areas which I think they could fix by either adding more gel or sealing areas so it does not move so much. But definitely worth buying if you need ice therapy

I love it. And yes it does stay colder for more than 20 minutes. It has been a blessing.

Not as full with gel as my last one, one cools on the bottom as result.
