Jean DubostLaguiole 3-Piece Cheese Knife Set - Stainless Steel

As another reviewer mentioned, mine too arrived with micro scratches all over and look as if they never received a final polish. Furthermore, the stainless steel quality looks sub-par.If these are authentic (questionable) and like the ones I received, you will not be receiving shiny stainless even like the flatware you use everyday, but something of less quality than that, and without a mirror and smooth finish you're expecting.In addition to the scratched surfaces (every surface), the cutting edges were very rough looking, but worse, even the top edge of the cleaver was rough and uneven looking.If I had seen these in a store I certainly wouldn't have bought them, and I doubt you would have either. The quality is just not there, and, again, I suspect these are counterfeit products rather than real Jean Dubost Laguiole. (I have steak knives from Jean Dubost Laguiole with ivory handles and the metal/edges/stainless part of those is worlds better than any part of any piece in this set.)I returned these and was refunded by Amazon promptly.

Unique design, signiture style of the Laguiole brand make this a beautiful gift. All stainless so cleaning a breeze!

These are high quality cheese knives. Giving 4 stars because the box they come in is kind of cheapy...I bought these for a gift, so that wasn't ideal...but the knives themselves are great! You do have to hand dry them or else they water spot quite a lot!

Several stores sell this set with colored handles, but I thought the stainless looked the best. Looks great when entertaining and easily handles several types of cheeses. I bought this for myself with Christmas money, so I think it would make a great gift. Now I am saving up for the Laguiole wine opener!
