Multi-Purpose Polyfilla, 450 g - White

I am an art conservator teaching at a US university. This product is crucial for the classes I teach. I was not able to find this product for several years and now I finally found it through Amazon! I am thrilled!!

It performed as advertised. Used with gesso to coat panels for painting.

This was my second attempt at getting this product. Both times they arrived damaged. The box was open and all the powder was loose inside the flimsy paper mailer. I had bought the larger box and it was heavy. It also was mailed in a paper mailer, open and powder everywhere. I decided to buy this one because is states it is a 12 pack. I thought it was going to be individual packets but it also was just the loose powder.

This is an old favourite. Just can't beat the powder pollyfilla for hardiness and versatility. The texture and density are far superior to the ready made aerated tubs. Great for filling, for mixing with the paint and for covering imperfect walls. From holes to cracks you just can't beat this product. Its also great for arts and crafts projects too...I mix with acrylic paint to produce more 3d looking paintings of flowers, and to add texture, mixed with glue and sand for landscapes.

Le produit est certainement très bien si la boîte n'avait pas été ouverte. Le packetage était médiocre, emballage souple, pas de plastique autour de la boîte. Résultat: une bonne partie s'est vidée dans l'enveloppe et le long du trajet.

Excellent product unfortunately no longer available in powder form in Canada. Easier to use small quanities as the powder version keeps much longer than the premixed. Ships from the UK but arrived within 2 weeks.

You can’t beat Polyfilla for small filling jobs. Easy to mix, use and sand to a smooth finish. Not sticky and tacky like the stuff in a tube.

A great product that should be bought by every householder. It always comes in useful for filling and repairing cracks, holes and defects in walls. Easy to use and also keeps for a very long time if stored in a dry place.
