System works great only problem and i want yall to be aware its that the extra collar that amazon recomends its NOT for the same system yes same brand but wont pick the signal i called the comoany directly and they did just great on taking care of me...now waiting for the actual one and sending the other one back!

My two Swiss White Shepherd were constantly looking for ways to pass through the fence and it was becoming an issue. The invisible fence works fine, it' easy to install, and after one or two warnings my dogs already know what the beeps means and stay on a "safe" distance of the perimeter. Large dogs may have more tolerance to the collars than smaller ones. The only comment that I have is about the provided wire that is too thin (AWG22) and may "age" quickly when buried. I bought a roll of AWG14, that is more resistant and it worked fine. The company offered an upgrade of the wire but since I live outside US, I bought a roll by myself.

I bought the Sit Boo-Boo Hidden Dog Fence to compliment my current Aluminum fence. I have had nothing but consistent issues with my installation and proper working of my Sit Boo-Boo Hidden Dog Fence. I have tried to reach customer service 7 times, and I have not received a call back, email, or any assistance whatsoever. I'm past the point of being able to return the product, and I purchased the product on August 23, 2019.My advice to you is, if you are looking for an invisible fence for your pet, go with a professional product that also has professional installation included with a warranty. That way you can have them come back out and make the needed repairs if necessary, without trying to hassle with a "do it yourself" company.

Very very pleased. We have an Australian Shepherd who likes to run and a Spaniel who is calmer. We set this up on our cabin which covers 3 acres, and it took half a day. Can't stress how important it is to follow through with initial training as it made a world of difference to our runner. Highly recommend the product and the customer service that comes along with it. Thumbs up.

Ordered 2 dog unit. Performed fine when collars were working. You should not allow collars to remain discharged for any length of time (or they will not recharge). The lifetime warranty does not include free replacement of collars when they stop working (reduced fee is charged).Not listed in description, you must install indoors (vs installed in garage) as base unit cannot tolerate cold winter temperatures.

Our next door neighbor had this product installed and they recommended it. Worked as described.Can't say enough good things about the company, the ebook and the general correspondence.. refreshing.

Last year -->(update below in all CAPS)I bought this to keep my chihuahua in the yard. We just ran the wire above ground, simply laid it on the grass in about a 200ft circle. Wanted to make sure it worked before committing to burring it. The collar didn't work so I called and they sent me another right away no questions asked. Received it in 2-3 days. I was very pleased with the customer service. My dog only got zapped twice and that was all it took. I set the collar on beep only and that is enough to freak him out IF he even goes close enough to make it beep. This will make having a dog so much easier for us. I can just let him out the back door with no worries. *Side note:*** I don't like how the two prongs that zap him are so big and stick out so far, even the ones for small dogs. They are removable. Just unscrew and there is two tiny screw stubs that are on the collar that the prongs screw on to. The stubs are flat, not sharp and pretty small. They are small but they will still zap. I left my dogs collar with the prongs off and the collar fits better is more comfortable for my dog and still will zap him if he goes close to the wire. I have had it for a week now. Will be burring it this weekend. SO GLAD I GOT THIS! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! #######UPDATE#######. ITS NOW BEEN A YEAR SINCE I INSTALLED THIS SYSTEM. LOVED IT AT FIRST BUT IT JUST STOPPED WORKING. CONNECTIONS ARE ALL THERE, COLLAR CHARGED, EVERYTHING GOOD TO GO BUT WHEN I CROSS THE LINE IT DOES NOTHING. I TRIED BOTH COLLARS AND NOTHING. DID THE WIRE SINK DOWN TO FAR INTO THE GROUND OVER TIME?? I PASS OVER THE BORDERS WHERE THE WIRE IS BURIED AND NOTHING! A WOMAN STOPPED IT FRONT AND HAD MY DOG CUZ HE WAS IN THE ROAD. A TINY CHI! HE WAS ALMOST HIT BY A CAR. I NOTICED OTHER REVIEWS SAYING IT STOPPED WORKING AFTER A WHILE. FIGURED THEY DID SOMETHING WRONG. LOOKS LIKE IT'S JUNK. I BOUGHT A SAFE PET WIRELESS SYSTEM. SO EASY! WORKING GREAT SO FAR! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME DIGGING FOR THAT SIT BOO BOO SYSTEM. THE WIRELESS MAY BE THE ANSWER FOR STUBBORN DOGS THAT RUN THRU THE PERIMETER CUZ THE WIRELESS WILL CONTINUE TO ZAP UNTIL THE DOG COMES BACK ACROSS THE PERIMETER. IN GROUND SYSTEM WILL ZAP AND STOP AFTER THE DOG PASSES SO THEY'LL KEEP RIGHT ON GOING.
