This is a fantastic way to take 1000mcg of B12. Dissolved soo quickly one isn't sure it was taken. I couldn't stand the long lasting not so pleasant after taste of Nature Made.

I have been using this B12 for over 10 years. I am a Vegetarian for almost 40 years. I am advised to take B12 . With this Sublingual B12 my blood work is great. It is very small and melts under your tongue very quickly and has no taste or after taste. I Highly Recommend this B12 and this Brand. Price is very good with Amazon. ♥

Great product helps with energy

Arrived quickly. The little pink/red pill dissolves in mouth as described and the taste is good. I take it first thing in the morning. Good value for the price.

I purchased this B-12 supplement for my mother-in-law in August 2022 when her levels were alarmingly low at <150 pg/mL. Like many others, she had tried various supplements in the past with little to no success. Skeptical but desperate, we decided to give this product a shot, and I am both impressed and slightly concerned by the results. The supplement was easy to use, and my mother-in-law had no issues with the taste or consistency. She took it as directed, and in just a few weeks, we noticed a significant improvement in her energy levels and overall well-being. Her once constant fatigue and cognitive issues seemed to dissipate, which was a huge relief for the whole family. However, the most recent lab results in March 2023 revealed that her B-12 levels had skyrocketed to >2000 pg/mL. While we're thrilled that the supplement worked, we're also a bit taken aback by the potency of the product. It's important to note that the normal range for B-12 levels is typically 200-900 pg/mL, and levels higher than 2000 pg/mL may cause side effects or other health concerns, like: Liver disease, Kidney disease, certain blood disorders, like leukemia or polycythemia vera, and even diabetes. NOT GOOD!!! After consulting with her physician, and given the rapid and extraordinary increase in her B-12 levels, we've determined to stop supplementing. If you're considering using this B-12 supplement, I would highly recommend monitoring your levels closely and discussing any concerns with your healthcare provider. In conclusion, this B-12 supplement has been incredibly effective, but perhaps a little too well. If you're struggling with low B-12 levels and haven't found success with other products, this may be worth trying.
