This is an effective shaver. Getting old is not for wimps, and when I started getting facial hair, I went looking for a shaver. This fits the bill. It has a smaller end for brows and a larger end for the chin, which I appreciate. I don't use the brow end very often bc it isn't fine enough, but on the whole I'm pleased with this item.

I liked it for the 4 times it worked. Then, it wouldn’t work at all. Company doesn’t stand behind their product and will not work with me to repair or replace.

Only one side works, the shaving side does not function

No more buying battery after battery and no chance of it dying halfway through whatever you're shaving, (as long as you keep it charged.) The charging port is universal so it's easy to plug it in to charge.This has a trimmer on each end, and both ends have a light. The round end is great for those sneaky chin hairs that often pop up and the light makes them easier to see. The brow end is more of a tip and that is for precise brow trimming. I absolutely love this for my brows, no more tweezers! The brow end also has its own light, so it's easy to trim without any embarrassing mistakes.This is small and portable-quite easy to throw in your purse or bag if you're traveling. It shaves pretty close as well, so once a week does it for me. This has a little heft to it, more than those cheap trimmers you get at Walmart or the drug store. I've been using it for about a month now, with no issues. The top of each end comes off for easy cleanup.I have no complaints about this trimmer,, although the price is a little high. However, the quality makes up for that easily. This is my favorite trimmer, by a mile!

To me, this product was very expensive, but my sister recommended this hair removal system. Within nine months the shaver head had a cracked part and would come apart every time I used it. I wrote an email to the company to see if I could get a replacement part, however I did not receive a reply. For this price, $60, I expected a much longer life span.Update: the company did respond to my request and made things right.

This little machine works with vibration, with others using the standard "blade" attachment; this item has one and the other just for precise removal. It has three positions: one side for more extensive areas and one for precision. The middle is the off position. You control it with a button/switch. You recharge with the included cable (USB), and that charge lasts quite a while. This price reflects the quality better than what you get at some brick-and-mortar stores.This item is a great gift idea. It is an attractive item that comes with instructions, and an info card, with a warranty. This machine shouldn't break down quickly; it is well-made. It is painless hair-removal eyebrow and facial hair trimming.This machine is small enough to fit in your purse/bag, and you need not buy clunky batteries. There is a tiny brush to maintain the larger job side. I put everything in a small freezer bag with anything with many working parts.Great value and I highly recommend this one over many others that I have tried. It looks like those other ones, and this one will do the job so much better!Enjoy!

The device is defective. The eyebrow trimmer end works okay. However, the face trimmer flat rounded end does not work. I’ve only had the device for 2 weeks and have been working with the vendor to replace the device via the warranty. There is no 800# and all communications are via email. I have been working on this issue for 4 days and going in circles. I accessed the Michael Todd Beauty main website to acquire a telephone number and the website only provides an email address. Be weary of working with companies that does not provide a telephone number in which you can personally speak to a representative!!!!

It does a good job of eliminating unwanted facial hair and cutting brows. If you have coarse hair, it will take multiple swipes over different regions to get it done. This is a great travel tool because it's small enough to fit in a purse and lasts a long time before needing to be recharged. This instrument removes hair without causing any discomfort. It can also sculpt your brows as an added advantage. I've had others, but this one ran more smoothly. It's rechargeable, so I don't have to worry about replacing the battery all the time.It's a stylish item with instructions and an information card, as well as a warranty.
