Great pruning scissors. Sharp and last a long time.
I bought a set of these pruning scissors 4 1/2 years ago. In that time, the locking mechanism to keep it closed broke, but the scissors still worked great. Most recently, the spring that opens the scissors came loose. I was able to temporarily fix it, but decided to buy a couple more of them because I like them so much.I grow most of our vegetables and herbs in our indoor garden under LED lighting, and use these scissors often on a daily basis. So, what do I like most about these scissors:1) They are very sharp making it easy to harvest tomatoes, broccoli, peppers, etc.2) The handle length and design make them easy to use.3) They are sharp enough to cut stems up to 1" in diameter.4) Work great for cutting off large stems from Kale, Collard Greens, and other leafy veggies.5) Although these scissors cost $5 more than they did almost 5 years ago, they are still a good value considering how long they last and the cutting ability.I have bought a couple other trimming scissors, and these are still my favorite. I would definitely recommend them for harvesting in the garden and trimming small branches.I hope this review was helpful for you.

Great shears for a great price
These are pretty sharp and work well. They are perfectly small and easy to maneuver with one hand. I use them to prune my plants and veggies, and was able to snip thin branches off my lilac bush. These pruning shears were a great price for this brand!

Small, yet durable shears for dead heading flowers!
These garden clippers are sharp, work nice for dead heading flowers. The are lightweight and fit in the pocket easily while working in the flowers beds. I am happy with them thus far.

Excellent Precision Scissors for Fine Pruning
I love these Fiskars 6-inch pruning scissors! They’re sharp, precise, and perfect for cutting buds, flower stems, and even detailed work like pruning bonsai trees. The thin blade profile makes it easy to reach into tight spots without damaging surrounding growth. They're comfortable to hold and don’t cause hand fatigue, even after extended use. A great tool for anyone who needs control and accuracy in their pruning work.

Not as rugged as I thought it would be
I keep this in my pocket so it's handy when I'm in the garden. Been using it for 2 months so far this season. Within a week of use, it developed a significant burr on the blades (not sure how, I only use it for soft vegetable limbs and stems). The burr prevented the blades from closing down, and thus non-working. I used a file to remove the burr, and that fixed that problem. So, the steel used for the blades is actually pretty soft, and using it on tougher, woody stems might not be the best idea. Otherwise, it's a good pair of shears: fits in my big boy pockets, lets me get in close to get shorter stems, and fits well in my hand.

Best precise trimmer I have found.
There is not a better precise trimmer that I know of. The lock does slip back often and you need to push it back open. They do not last forever with lot of use, and heavy use will wear them out in a few months. Sometimes the spring comes off and then you need a new one. But, others have the same problems, and either don't cut as well or don't last as long. I have used (several pairs) for 9 years, extensively for many gardening and harvesting sessions. Great for deadheading, quick basil and parsley harvesting, and other more intensive trimming jobs. I buy 2 pairs per year, and keep the old ones for rougher jobs until they break...some last for a few years.

Fiskars make the best, genuine product
The best, Fiskars are my favorite pruning sheers. This particular pair is smaller than the regular pruning sheers and is perfect for flowers and greenery. Very sharp, use with care.
