5PE Black and Red Stackable Banana Plugs (25 Pairs, 50 Total)

I am pretty happy with this purchase. The plugs stack well, one on the back of another. Your wire must be soldered on the side of the metal insert. The plastic housing is a fairly soft, but thick. The little door to remove the metal insert locks into place. Most of them arrived with the doors closed, so I have to be careful to pry them open without damaging them. As shown in one of my photos, a few of the locks don't line up quite right and do not lock into place. It looks like it is able to comfortably hold an insulated 12-gauge wire. See photos for some measurements.

Very good quality banana jack. I have ordered these several times and every connector has performed well. I make quite a few of my own specialized test cables and use a top quality rubber silicon test lead cable. I also test all my cables with a professional MilliOhm/MicroOhm 4-wire kelvin test meter and so far all my custom leads have met very satisfactory and consistent results.​

Very poor quality. In order for the plugs to be stackable, you must solder your wire to the external surface of the barrel; there is no soldering lug as one might normally expect.
