I didn't get a straw to inflate this ball. How am I supposed to inflate it?

I just tried a 1/4" plastic straw. It worked quite well. Any 1/4" straw should work.

What air pump goes with this?

There’s no pump, it arrives with a straw that you blow into.

Is this ball suitable for squeezing between knees? I 'm not looking for a firm ball, but softer.

Yes, perfect for squeezing between knees. PT had my husband use it to also strengthen swallowing muscles by squeezing chin to chest.
