Step 1: download the "foodiet" APP by scan the barcode Step 2: Sign up your account Step 3: log in and add your food name in foodiet Step 4: put your plate on the scale and then tare it, and then put your cooked food on the plate Step 5: weight the food and it would sync to the foodiet automatically. Yes, Foodiet app can scan some food published by US Department of Agriculture. If certain food barcodes are not listed on USDA database, it will not get the food nutrition through scan.
