Great build quality
Got the blacked out stainless version. Looks great on my hitch. Defiantly heavier duty than expected. How it stands up to the elements, time will tell. But at the cost I'd buy one every year if needed. Defiantly a keeper.

Good product- didn’t work for me
Great value and quality. I have a solid receiver and this doesn’t work for it. Since I tried to install, it was right to ask for a return and refund

It’s 2.75 in. you will need a 3.5 in. for a 2020 Tacoma TRD Off Road
Juuuuuuuussstttt short. Story of my life. I should’ve paid attention to the 2.75” measurements that are listed in here. I gave them a five star because it’s very sturdy, easy to install and lock/unlock. The only reason it doesn’t fit is because I need a 3.5” for my 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off and I didn’t read and follow instructions so my bad. I know every inch counts and we often say it would be great to have another inch or two but in this case, I literally needed another cm or two. So close. But still too short. What else is new? Good thing I have a great personality and sense of humor. The trailer hitch matches the black out package on my truck and is a aluminum foam padded stick-on but feels sturdy and hopefully lasts a while cause it looks bad ass. Hopefully it will make me forget about my short stem. Maybe I just need a giant lift and huge tires to make up for it. Just thinking out loud. Hope this info helped someone with their choice. If not, I hope it boosted your confidence.
