Flawless installation and app Control
So I was using deco 3x M5 since 2021 at my home and due to connection issues with the wired internet at my business I got this one as the M5s work really wellPros- Good signal and Speed on Airtel postpaid sim with no downtime- easy access control and device list on the app- excellent range- can be made into a mesh system in the future using other deco modelsCons- App does not have an option for “Allow Clients” so I can limit only vertical devices to connect. I have to block each one manually- Doesn’t have 4g and wired internet connection mode to work as a backup in case it’s needed- the app is the only way to configure deco devices- quite expensiveIt solved the internet issues at my business and does it well.

4g sim router with wifi6
Works seamlessly with just inserting a 4g nano sim below the device . Config is via deco app. Easy to use. Fantastic wifi6 throughouts

Good enough
Cat6 is useful. For Jio users, buy new sim/ replace existing and do not ever put the sim in any 5g phone. Once the jio sim gets registered on 5g, it will not work with sim based router.

Heats up a lot with multiple devices
I had to return this because of the extreme heat and subsequent plastic burning smell when the cellular data transmission was high or several (more than 10 for me) connect to the router. I tested it SIM card mode though. There are no LED lights to check the signal strength, internet connection status which most cellular routers have. Without these, if something doesn't work, you have to login to the device portal, navigate to the appropriate pageant check which is a pain esp. when the cellular signal is patchy in your area. No ethernet ports for laptops (but there is one for WAN support). Carrier aggregation is supported (tested with Airtel and Vi). My recommendation is to go with TP-Link MR600 if you need a 4G router but the CA support is limited to only a few bands because it is a slightly old model.

Doesn't work with Jio operator
This device doesn't work after the Jio upgraded their network from 4G to 5G. It's been almost 7-8 months but no work progress from TP Link customer support team. They should either replace all the 4G devices of the customers with their 5G devices or atleast work on the firmware for it's update. The customer support always make false promises for a callback but never did so. Don't purchase anything from TP - LINK. One of the pathetic C.S. and the products, especially after sales product service is "0."

Jio sim doesn't work
Only the Airtel SIM is functioning. I assumed the router would be multi-purpose, so I bought it to use as a backup in case my main connection went down. However, the backup mode doesn't work well. I have to keep it in 4G mode for Wi-Fi while traveling, but the performance with the SIM is very poor.

Do not buy TP link product
From the day one I was facing the pathetic service issue, it will work for one day ,and it will suddenly stopped working for another 10 days , Just go with some other brand ,Buying this product is waste of moneyReview is based after multiple months used ,for my work from home usage

Poor performance, connection issues
The external antenna ports doesn't work, No change in RSRQ RSRP SNR values,The automatic 4G backup feature stopped working after few days, now whenever I turn on automatic backup instead of verification primary connection status it switch to 4G, I tried cloudflare and Google DNS for DNS lookup, but both are failing. The ethernet ports have irregular signal strength getting 50% speed on a 15 meter cable. Frequent device disconnections. Some features doesn't work like iot network, static routes, device isolation. And lot more bugs in the device, I tried resetting it but didn't resolved any.
