I buy and consume a lot of bitters, mostly with seltzer water as a soft drink alternative. These Teapot Cocktail Bitters are the only ones I buy two-at-a-time, since I go through them twice as fast as any others!The profile isn't too assertive...it's a very well-balanced potion that stands well on its own. Its balance, however, makes it less appealing for me as a cocktail addition...generally when I want to flavor a cocktail, I'm looking for one or two particular flavor notes that I want to accentuate. So in those cases I'll usually reach for something more assertive.

This is a great flavor that I add to my drinking water throughout the day. Great flavor without sugar and no bitter taste.

With all the craft drinks, so many bitters are now on the market. This has a nod to black tea (Darjeeling?). Really brings a different twist to cocktails. And is also good with soda alone.

This is my husband's favorite bitters.

Wonderful stuff. Excellent addition to my bitters library.

These bitters are amazing. Really lift a Barbados cocktail or even a Long Vodka.
