Q: Is the small picture supposed to have no picture ?

If you mean the film then there should be a 35mm piece of film that shows a scene from the movie.

Q: I got this as a gift and the small picture is not a scene from the movie, it’s basically blank?

Hi, it should not be blank, can you provide a photo please and we can refund you in full or replace if there is an issue.
