Q: Would the mounting straps work on a narrow 7" wide fender luggage rack?

The width is adjustable so it would fit on a Harley or on a bike like mine the Royal Enfield which is the 650 Honda size there's straps and instructions how to make it wide or narrow very simple it just lays over your frame and then you put your seat back down and that's what holds it I love them

Yes it will with room to spare. I always seem to get more in mine than I think it should hold. I’m very happy with it.

Q: Would this bag hold a pair of shoes, yoga pants and a shirt?

It holds plenty. Depends on the shoes... Like some vans or regular sneakers with the pants and shirt, yes. Bulky work boots with pants and shirt, it might not. I use it to store my Kryptonite U-Lock and bike cover most of the time. But I get takeout sometimes and still add smaller items in it after. Used it to transport a small potted orchid last week. There was plenty of room to not damage it laying down in the bag. My only complaint is where the buckles are attached to the bag are starting to rip a little. Going to probably have to replace it in a few months.

Q: Can a full face helmet fit?

It will barely fit a half helmet so a full face probably wouldn't fit unless you don't want to zip it up.
